Delivery
We send our seedling tubes to all areas of VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD & SA via Australia Post or a trusted courier.
Unfortunately, we only deliver limited plant species to SA and NO deliveries to TAS, NT, WA due to biosecurity/ quarantine laws.
Orders are generally sent on Mondays/Tuesdays
3 business days is required to process your order after confirmation, which might mean your order is sent the following Monday.
Due to the pandemic and the high amount of orders, sometimes orders may need to be dispatched on days other than Mon/Tues
to keep up with the workload. Thank you for your understanding.
You will receive SMS updates on your order from Australia Post, provided you have given a mobile number.

VIC Local delivery run
We have temporarily suspended our OWN delivery runs throughout Victoria (excluding VIC/NSW border communities). Delivery to these areas will now be via transport couriers or Australia Post only.

Local NSW Residents/ border communities
In most incidents, NSW residents outside the border zone communities are unable to enter the VIC border.
Rest assured we still deliver to these areas, via a trusted transport courier or Australia post.
For bulk orders or 140mm pots that can’t be sent via mail, please register your interest by email or phone and if allowed
(under the current restrictions at the time) we may organise a NSW delivery run with an external party to service the area.
With conditions ever-changing, delivery will only be made if restrictions allow and it is feasible to do so.
