Help Topic

This is the help topic for the Online Ordering store to explain how to use the store. We have specially designed our Online Ordering store to be very easy to use, there is however somethings you might need to be formilar with in order to process your purchase.

The Online ordering store works in a different way then the Buy it Now store. Instead items are listed and then you simplly click "Add to order". Then once you have finished your order for click on the tab "Process order"

Shown above you will see the "Process order" tab.
When you click "Add to order" on the seedlings you want, the page reloads and the seedling is added to the Process order tab. Then once you have completed your order click on "Process order" to finalise your order.

Thats about it. Everything else is self explaintry.

FAQ

How can I make payment?
Our payment options are either immediate payment through PayPal or Money order/ Cheque through the POST. All orders must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.
You will receive confirmation from us once final payment has been received.

Can items be aranged for pickup from the nursery?
Yes, Australian Native Farm Forestry allows pickup from their wholesale nursery, provided that payment has been finalised prior. We then arrange a time that sorts both you and Australian Native Farm Forestry for pickup.

PLEASE NOTE:
Payment on pickup is not a payment option that can be accepted at the wholesale nursery. Orders must be finalised prior not pickup.
